Friends of the Family Winchester | Support & guidance for local families
Friends of the Family Winchester Ltd is a local charity offering compassionate support for families and children facing difficult life circumstances in Winchester and surrounding villages. They help build confidence, reduce isolation, and strengthen family life through tailored emotional, social, and practical services.
Working for over 30 years, this independent organisation focuses on early help, stepping in with support before problems escalate. Their approach is warm and non-judgmental, aimed at helping parents and children by building on their strengths. With a small team of staff and many dedicated volunteers, they run services that are accessible, flexible and sensitive to each family’s needs.
